milestone 2 release


Our second release with new 4,5,6 playable levels

Change-log:
- [level] - implement level 4,5,6
- [core] - inventory is accessible anytime. Ability to drop an item to space
- [core] - add optional multi-segment shape ships configuration which allows to hit and destroy ships slots (weapon or drive)
- [core] - add energy absorption on shoot event to prevent shooting flood
Note: currently is used only for space-station and only for weapon slots. In future probably all ships with size more or equal to medium will have that possibility as well.
- [core] - picking up minerals restore armor by a small amount
- [core] - polishing script engine
- [core] - add the ability to limit the angle of rotating turrel relative to its basis (there are 3 types of turrel: static, fully rotatable, and rotatable with an angle threshold
- [core] - add new rules to check of finish level segment (for example: finish on occurring particular object, or fail or particular object death)
- [new entity] - space-station - a huge armored battle platform with separated destroyable segments (weapon slots)
- [new entity] - container to wrap item in space
- [core] - ship could drop/pick a container with the item
- [new entity] - armor-box to restore armor by specific amount
- [new entity, decoration] - spaceman, is dropped by ship on dead event
- [XML loader] - add the ability to describe new entities(container, spaceman) for story-line writing
- [ship editor] - add slot properties (base angle(direction), angle threshold, layer)
- [bugfix] - smooth parallax cloud transition when a player reaches the border
- [bugfix] - adjust proper scene scaling depending on screen resolution

Known issues:
[bug] - controls glitches sometimes (on-screen transaction, energy lost/return event)
[bug] - English spelling (English texts are still raw and may have not good translation yet)
